















These shells are juvenile horse conchs, but a friend lovingly refers to them as mac and cheese shells. So, this was a little surprise for her.

People have asked what I do with shells I find. Some of the things I've done with them can be found here. I have plans for many of them, when I get around to it. :) But mostly, I just enjoy looking at them.

I am sorry to see that you are no longer posting to your blog. I love all your posts on shelling. I would love to move to Sanibel too, but wonder if it would be any less special if I was there year round.
