You will see two of my favorite things here. The first one is a really neat flower pot given to me by my friend Christine. It is one she actually made herself, from Sanibel seashells she collected. If you would like to make one for yourself, she has kindly put all the instruction you need, on her blog. There are also instructions for other neat crafty items, as well. Two of my Grand Daughters are here for the summer and they want to make a flower pot for their Mothers. So, we've been copying the directions and collecting shells. Thanks Chris! :-)

My other favorite thing in the photo is the Lowell Herrero print of Judy & Marge. I love those ladies!

I just discovered your blog and I am totally in love! Your shell photos are truly wonderful. I also just discovered Sanibel this morning and I will visit there one of these days. I love Galveston, but our shells are nothing compared to Sanibel.

Hmmm, are you sure that isn't Judy and ME? I recognize my profile . . . lol. I can't wait to see your grands' finished products!

What a coincidence... I just spent the entire afternoon working on my shell picture frames, using my shells from YOUR islands, of course, and decided to take a break to surf for a while. I checked out your blog and there are your great posts about shells. The more I work with shells, the more fascinating I find them. I think God was having fun when he created them!

I'd like to know more about you! Is that your pic with the birthday cake? Ed and I will likely be back in Ft. Myers next winter and I'm already looking forward to more shelling. Have a great time with all your company.
